Sunresin has recently signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd (SZ. 002240) in Chengdu, Southwest China. Zhou Yi, chairman of Chengxin Lithium, and Kou Xiaokang, general manager of Sunresin New Materials Co. Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

Sunresin is pleased to announce it has recently entered into an MoU with ASX-listed mineral resources exploration company PepinNini for Evaluation and Development of the Salta Lithium Brine Project in the lithium triangle of north west Argentina - Sunresin

Sunresin has over 10 years' experience in Direct Lithium Extraction and has its footprint in brines from Qinghai (China), North America, Europe as well as South America. With its adsorption technology, the company has provided one-stop-shop services to project owners covering project conception and supply of adsorption materials and equipment. Customized solutions and products have been tested successfully with different levels of brine under different conditions across the globe.

On the evening of January 3, 2022, Sunresin New Materials issued an announcement indicating the “Receipt of the Signing Notice” from Jinhai Lithium Industry (Qinghai) , a subsidiary of the Huizhou Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd, on the 10,000 ton lithium carbonate EPC procurement project. The tentative amount of the project is about 456.11 million RMB (71.8 million USD).

Sunresin’s Ruashi project features the extraction of cobalt from the precipitation liquor of cobalt hydroxide. The project included a collaborative effort with Sunresin’s Remote Solution Operation and Monitoring Center (RESOM) in Xi'an, an innovative initiative put in place during the lockdown period in 2020 to serve domestic and international EPC projects.

During Aquatech Amsterdam, we introduced our new developments related to drinking water, where we have a number of new solutions related to cartridge applications and ground water purification. We also presented our solutions in Ultra Pure Water for microchip manufacturing which is extremely important nowadays relating to the development of all sorts of applications required in energy transition.

Sunresin will be added to the FTSE Global Equity Index Series ("GEIS"), following FTSE's most recent semi-annual review. This inclusion will become effective after the close of business on Friday, September 17, 2021.
