⬛ On January 20, 2024, Sunresin was selected as one of the "Top 50 Private Enterprises in Shaanxi Province", and Dr. Gao Yuejing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunresin, was awarded the "10th Shaanxi Outstanding Entrepreneur".
⬛ In response to the SZSE's call and to safeguard the interests of investors, Sunresin disclosed the announcement(NO.2024-007) that Sunresin had taken steps to promote the "Rise both Quality and Investment Return" program ：
A. From December 4, 2023 to January 2, 2024, Sunresin successfully repurchased 550,000 own shares;
B. Adhere to innovation-driven development, focus on the core business, and deeply cultivate in the adsorption and separation industry;
C. Developing the technology of whole-line lithium extraction, with cumulative contracts totaling nearly 3 billion RMB;
D. Strictly fulfill the responsibility of information disclosure, strengthen investor communication through multiple channels, and maintain A for information disclosure assessment;
E. Adhere to the continuous and stable cash dividends: Sunresin has accumulated 500 million RMB in dividends since listing..
⬛ Obtained the Certificate of Patent of Invention "A New Method of Hydrogen Peroxide Purification" issued by CNIPA in February 2024, effectively optimizing the purity and cost of hydrogen peroxide preparation for the caprolactam industry. Sunresin disclosed the announcement(NO.2024-008).
