With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, more and more countries have set their own sewage discharge standards. There are strict restrictions on organic and inorganic substances in water. Many standards are difficult to achieve or require high costs through conventional chemical methods.
Our solution is aiming at achieve lower levels of organic and inorganic content in emissions at a lower cost.
1. When the biochemical effluent is not up to standard, it can effectively reduce COD and color value and improve the quality of effluent.
2. The removal of metal ions, especially the removal of harmful metals such as mercury and arsenic, can generally be controlled at the ppb level.
3. Remove nitrate, phosphate, boric acid and other harmful ions that affect water quality.
4. Our tech could also be as a pretreatment for other separation, such as RO,evaporation,rectification.
During the processing from the corn raw materials to the final allulose product, Sunresin provides a complete purification process including: ion exchange deashing, activated carbon decolorization, chromatographic separation, etc., to achieve high-quality crystalline allulose. Currently, the two core process units in allulose production are the differential isomerization of fructose and the purification process.
On March 7, Forbes China released the list of "2023 China’s 100 Power Businesswomen". Dr. Gao Yuejing, chairwoman of Sunresin, was selected on the list, demonstrating the outstanding contributions of the "she power" in the development of Sunresin.
Sunresin provides a mature ion exchange resin process for acetic acid purification, which can remove bromine or chloride ions in acetic acid to less than 5ppm, or undetectable levels. The fixed bed mode is recommended for the ion exchange process for acetic acid purification, which runs continuously and removes impurities through the front and back resin columns to improve the removal accuracy and ensure the maximum utilization of the resins.
